I’m Deb, a licensed therapist specializing in support through anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I work with adults, children, adolescents (and the parents who love them) to help families navigate difficult emotional seasons with warmth and resilience.

My approach is grounded in gentle compassion, collaboration, and healing through connection. I honor your unique story and pace, and tailor our work together to meet you where you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, a major life change, or just feel stuck, I aim to create a safe space where healing becomes possible.

I believe in restoring balance, resilience, and connection within people and families. With a focus on emotional growth and relational strength, I help clients build tools to face challenges with authenticity, hope, and renewed confidence.

When I’m not in session, you can find me enjoying nature, reading, or spending time with my family. These moments help me stay grounded, energized, and ready to support you wholeheartedly.

I’m honored that you’re considering sharing your journey with me. If you're ready to explore healing and connection, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
