Hi, I’m Deborah, a licensed therapist who believes that healing happens best in a space where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. I work with older adults, teens, individuals and couples, helping clients navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and major life transitions.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when emotions feel heavy, relationships feel strained, or change feels uncertain. You don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore what’s been weighing on you and begin moving toward meaningful change.

As a compassionate therapist, I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches. I meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, values, and goals while empowering them with tools that foster emotional awareness, self-acceptance, and lasting change. Together, we focus on growth through purpose—helping you understand patterns, build resilience, and develop skills that support long-term well-being.
