Hello, I’m Angela. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a life transition, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and the stress that often comes with change.
I enjoy supporting individuals and couples with boundary setting, premarital and marriage concerns, and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, our work together will focus on helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move forward.
In sessions, we work collaboratively to understand your experiences and build practical coping skills that fit your life. I strive to create a supportive, respectful space where you can explore challenges at your own pace while developing tools to manage emotions, stress, and relationships more effectively.
My background includes experience in human resources, education, childcare, and youth sports leadership, as well as many years as a spouse and parent. These experiences shape my grounded, relational approach and inform the way I support individuals and families.
As a counseling intern at Anchor Point of Hope Counseling Services, I work closely with fully licensed clinicians through ongoing supervision and collaboration. This team-based approach ensures your care is thoughtful, consistent, and supported by the experience of the broader clinical team.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Spring Arbor University, with an expected graduation in October 2026.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward clarity, balance, and meaningful change.
