(In Person and Telehealth)
If you or someone you know is going through a difficult season of life and struggling with thoughts and emotions, I provide professional guidance and to help you live a healthy and satisfying life!
I have provided support for adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of issues and mental illnesses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse and extensive work in trauma especially associated with physical, sexual and emotional abuse since 2006.
My experience also extends to help those struggling with assertiveness, self esteem, boundaries, work and life balance as well as identifying unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to depression and anxiety.
For in person sessions, my therapy dog since 2020, Luca, is present to offer support for those who may find seeing a therapist intimidating, anxiety- provoking or those that may just value the unconditional affection of someone always super excited to see them.
I'd love to help!
