(In Person in Ann Arbor and Telehealth)
Find clarity and rebuild, whatever season of life you’re in.
Life brings constant change. Some seasons stretch you and help you grow. Others leave you anxious, worn down, or grieving, unsure how to keep going. Maybe you’re facing a big transition, or anxiety and depression are making ordinary days feel heavy. Maybe you’re a parent or caregiver trying to support someone you love who lives with a disability, and you’re running on empty.
You shouldn’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when life doesn’t go the way you planned. You deserve a safe, non-judgmental place to slow down, be heard, and process what you’re going through, without feeling rushed or misunderstood.
My background has prepared me to meet you where you are. I earned my Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan. I spent three years as a social worker at the Livingston County Educational Service Agency (LESA), helping young adults with disabilities build emotional regulation, coping, and relationship skills. Before that, I led ministry and senior outreach programs at Livingston County Catholic Charities. That work gave me a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and the families who care for them. Today I bring that experience to children (ages 5+), teens, adults, and elders facing anxiety, depression, grief, parenting challenges, and major life changes.
Practical tools for everyday life. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and social-emotional learning, you’ll build skills that make a difference outside the therapy room: managing emotions, coping with stress, strengthening relationships, and making decisions with confidence.
Support for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. If you or someone you love lives with an intellectual disability or autism, you’ll find a therapist who understands. Therapy is shaped around how each person learns and communicates. Caregivers get support too, because you matter in this as well.
Bring your whole self, including your faith. If you’d like to bring your faith into counseling, I offer Christian counseling that honors your beliefs and your relationship with God. Faith-based counseling is always your choice, never a requirement.
Getting started is simple:
1. Reach out. Book a session in our Ann Arbor office or connect by telehealth.
2. Talk it through. We’ll look at what’s weighing on you and decide where to start.
3. Rework, rebuild, and move forward. Gain the clarity and skills to cope with everyday life and feel like yourself again.
Imagine handling everyday life with more confidence, feeling calmer in your own mind, and knowing you have support in the hard seasons. Whatever season you’re in, it’s never too early to ask for support. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you.
