Headshot of Leah Ewald

Life can feel overwhelming. Social media pressure, academic or job-related stress, and complex emotions or relationships can leave you feeling stuck, unheard, or unsure of what to do next. You don't have to navigate it alone - and you deserve a safe, supportive space where your story truly matters.

I work with children, teens, and adults as a compassionate guide, helping you build confidence, resilience, and practical skills for real-life change. I take time to understand your unique experiences and tailor each session to meet your specific needs, so therapy feels both personal and purposeful. Together, we'll work to turn the challenges you're facing into strengths you can carry forward.

My approach is interactive, relaxed, and focused on what helps you most. With younger children, this may include games or creative activities that support our therapeutic goals. For children under 12 in virtual therapy, I partner closely with parents or caregivers - offering guidance and involving them when helpful - to reinforce progress at home. With adults, I provide a supportive space to share your story while also offering practical tools to help you move toward the life you want. I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including immigrants and refugees, and I enjoy supporting Spanish-speaking clients as they navigate mental health concerns and cultural stigma.

My goal is simple: to meet you where you are, help you feel understood and supported, and walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
