(Telehealth)
Is your mind constantly running through the list—the conversation you replay, the thing you wish you had said, or the memory you can’t seem to put down? You don’t have to carry it alone.
You may be feeling disconnected from yourself or others, overwhelmed, irritable, stuck, or weighed down by shame. I offer a steady, collaborative space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and move toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to set boundaries, process difficult experiences, and feel more present in your life.
My approach draws primarily from cognitive-behavioral techniques within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University and bring experience in clinical case management, adult residential mental health treatment, and a decade of experience in collaborative problem-solving as a federal agency caseworker.
I have specialized training and clinical interests in anxiety, sleep and insomnia, and the perinatal experience, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment, fertility challenges, and pregnancy and infant loss. I also have specialized training in trauma and resiliency and hold a certificate in working with combat veterans and their families.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll start with what’s weighing on you now, explore what matters most to you, and work together toward practical changes that help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with your values.
