(Telehealth/In-Person)
Life doesn't always go the way you planned. Maybe you're managing a health concern that's taken a toll on more than just your body. Maybe a major life transition has left you feeling unsteady. Maybe anxiety, depression, or strain in your closest relationships has made it hard to feel like yourself. Whatever brought you here, you deserve a safe space to work through it without judgment.
I understand what you're facing, both professionally and personally. With years of experience in healthcare and educational settings, and as a spouse and parent myself, I've seen firsthand how life's challenges can ripple into every part of our emotional, physical, and relational well-being.
Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped who you are today, identify thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you, and build practical, real-world tools to help you navigate what's ahead. I meet you where you are, with empathy and without judgment, and create a warm, supportive space where real change can happen, helping you move from feeling stuck toward genuine hope, clarity, and confidence.
As a counseling intern at Anchor Point of Hope Counseling Services, I work under the close supervision of experienced, licensed clinicians who provide ongoing clinical guidance. That means you get thoughtful, attentive care backed by the depth of a full clinical team.
My path here includes an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting from the University of Indianapolis, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University, and I'm currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Spring Arbor University.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you toward the healing, hope, and life you envision for yourself and your relationships
