You don’t have to navigate stress, overwhelm, or difficult transitions alone. If anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, or self-doubt have been weighing on you, therapy can be a place to find relief, understanding, and a way forward. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard without judgment and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.

Together, we can work to help you better understand the patterns, experiences, or wounds that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you want support managing anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, building self-esteem, or navigating a major life change, my goal is to help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. I want therapy to feel practical and meaningful, not just a place to process pain, but a place to develop tools for everyday life and create lasting change.

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and EMDR to help you reduce distress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, process painful experiences, and build healthier ways of coping. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

For those who want their faith incorporated into counseling, I also offer support that thoughtfully integrates Christian faith with sound clinical care. My training in both psychology and faith allows me to support clients who want to explore healing in a way that honors both emotional and spiritual growth.
