Why Clinicians Choose Anchor Point

Management shouldn’t be more stressful than treating clients.
We put therapists first so you can put clients first.

You became a therapist to help people — not to fight your EHR, chase down billing, or work for an agency that burns you out before you can show up for your clients.

We've been there. Our leadership came out of traditional community mental health settings where admin was exhausting, billing took months, and clinician burnout was just accepted as normal. We left and built something different: a faith-based practice with three Michigan locations and statewide telehealth, where the systems work for you.

That means streamlined documentation, fast billing, and leadership that genuinely invests in your growth and wellbeing. When you're not drowning in overhead, you have more energy for the clients who need you.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid caseload — in-person at our offices in Brighton, Highland, or Ann Arbor, plus telehealth throughout Michigan
  • Telehealth only clinicians are also welcome
  • Flexible scheduling — you manage your own calendar
  • Streamlined EHR with minimal paperwork
  • Fast, reliable billing
  • Clinical supervision available on-site for limited licensed clinicians
  • A team culture shaped by Christian faith — one that informs how we treat each other, not what we require of clients or staff
  • Leadership and supervision pathways for clinicians ready to grow

Who We're Looking For

We welcome clinicians at all licensure levels: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, LLP, PhD, PsyD and PMHNP.

Limited Licensed clinicians need to be within 6 months of having their full licensure.

Our ideal clinician is self-directed, organized, passionate about serving diverse populations, and trained in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, or trauma-informed approaches. Experience in faith-based or marriage counseling is a plus — we have consistent demand in both areas.

If you're looking to move into leadership, we're actively developing clinicians for supervision and leadership roles. This is a place where you can build a career, not just a caseload.
