Helping kids, teens, and adults find their footing, in English or Spanish.

You’re carrying more than you should have to. Maybe your child is struggling with big emotions, or your teen has pulled away and you don’t know how to reach them. Maybe a season of your own life has left you anxious, worn out, or unsure where you belong. You might have lived between cultures for so long that “home” feels complicated. Or you’ve poured yourself into serving others in ministry or a helping profession and have nothing left for yourself. You’ve tried to push through, but it isn’t getting easier.

You deserve to be heard, seen, and supported, and you don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’m Audrey Suárez, LCSW. I provide telehealth therapy in English and Spanish for children, teens, and adults. I’ve spent years living and serving across cultures, so I understand firsthand what it’s like to navigate more than one language, culture, or place to call home. I also know the quiet weight that people in ministry often carry. That’s why I have a special heart for third culture kids, immigrants, missionaries, and others who give so much of themselves to serve. As a former college athlete, I also know the pressure of competing at a high level and how disorienting injury, burnout, or leaving your sport can be. I’m certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in school-based interventions for children with special needs.

Faith is welcome here. If your faith is an important part of your life, I’m glad to bring it into our work together, whether it’s a source of strength or something you’re wrestling with right now. If it isn’t part of your story, that’s okay too. We’ll go wherever you need to go.

Working with kids and teens is my passion. Children don’t always have the words for what they’re feeling. I use play therapy, sand tray, art, and adventure-based activities to help them express themselves, build resilience, and learn coping skills that last. Parents are an essential part of the process, so I’ll give you practical tools and coaching to support your child between sessions.

Here’s how we’ll get started:

  • Reach out. Schedule a session with our team. It’s telehealth, so you can meet from home.
  • Build your plan. Together we’ll talk about what’s going on and set goals that build on your strengths.
  • Start growing. You’ll leave each session with practical skills and a clearer path forward.

Imagine a calmer home, a child who can name and manage their feelings, or simply feeling like yourself again. You don’t have to wait until things get worse. Healing happens through connection, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
