Hello! I’m Mari, a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience in the mental health and medical fields. My goal is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental therapy to help you grow, heal and navigate life’s challenges. If you are at a crossroads deciding about the future of your marriage, experiencing relationship challenges, coping with health issues, mid-life adjustments or struggling with anxiety or depression with other life events, I’m here to help!

I provide a safe space for couples to explore concerns, improve communication, rebuild trust, heal infidelity and address intimacy concerns. Together we can strengthen your connection and ease conflict. As someone who lives with a chronic health issue, I understand how overwhelming and life-changing it can be.

My approach is to provide emotional support, coping strategies and the confidence to adjust and maintain your well-being. For caregivers or those navigating their own aging process, I offer empathetic guidance and strategy to promote self-care, manage stress and enhance the quality of life for both you and your loved one. It would be my pleasure to work together to uncover your strengths and empower you to grow, heal and live a more meaningful and healthy life.
