(In Person and Telehealth)
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, relationship stress, or major transitions leave you feeling stuck or uncertain. Whether you’re a parent adjusting to new responsibilities, an adolescent navigating change, or an adult trying to regain balance, you may feel like you’re carrying more than you can manage on your own. You want to feel steady, confident, and understood—but figuring out how to get there can feel unclear.
That’s where I come in. I help parents, adolescents, and adults who are facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional demands of everyday life. My role isn’t to take over your story — it’s to walk alongside you as a trusted guide, helping you understand what you’re experiencing and giving you practical tools to move forward.
I have a special passion for supporting parents through perinatal and postpartum challenges, as well as working with neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum. Whether you’re adjusting to parenthood, learning how your brain works best, or trying to reconnect with yourself, therapy becomes a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Together, we create a clear plan for growth. In our sessions, we’ll focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you feel more grounded in daily life. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with somatic techniques, mindfulness, grounding exercises, and breathwork, we’ll tailor strategies to your goals and comfort level so progress feels manageable and meaningful.
My experience working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral health settings — along with my background as a Registered Behavior Technician — has shaped a collaborative, strengths-based approach rooted in respect and partnership. Therapy works best when you feel heard and actively involved in the process, and that’s the foundation of our work together.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025 and am currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, continuing to deepen my training in trauma-informed and evidence-based care so I can better support the people I serve.
You don’t have to navigate this season alone. With support, practical tools, and a clear path forward, it’s possible to feel more grounded, confident, and connected — one step at a time.
