(In Person and Telehealth)
I am an anxiety, depression and relationship Therapist. I help people of all ages overcome difficult seasons of life and challenges in their relationships in order to experience a more satisfying life and deeper relationships with those around them.
I initially went to school at the University of Michigan for a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked in the Detroit Auto industry for 11+ years. After that I decided to move in a direction where I could be more directly connected with helping people in need and obtained a Masters of Clinical Social Work also from the University of Michigan. I also spent time working as a 211 Helpline Coordinator serving victims of the California wildfires around Santa Barbara and then started a Michigan-based beverage company with my wife, which we have worked-on for 15 years. I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, life transitions, depression, Parenting, relationship issues and Christian / Spiritual counseling.
