(Telehealth)
Are you ready to start your healing journey? I can help you learn to regulate your emotions and have more control over your feelings.
I have a Master's in Social Work from Michigan State University and have spent the last 9 years focused on extensive mental health, crisis counseling and early childhood development.
Whether it’s individuals or families, I can help you navigate the challenges within the juvenile and school systems with students (both general and special education) and also trauma, stress, depression and crisis for both students and adults.
I have a multitude of tools including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Protective Factors for families, Self-Regulation, NSSI (Non Suicidal Self Injury), Teen Intervene, InDepth, and Culturally Responsive Minds that we can use to help you or your student move beyond this difficult season of life.
I’m looking forward to joining you on this journey and helping you take back control of your life.
